If an attorney has been granted by his client full authority to enter into an amicable settlement with the other party, may the client later on refuse to honor the amicable settlement forged by this attorney? Explain. B. In such instance as in (A) above, can the lawyer withdraw from the case and collect in full his contracted attorney's fees? Why or why not?
